The Institute is managed by a Governing Council whose work is supported by a number of standing Committees which may include non-council members.

The Committees includes:

(3) Membership Committee
(4) Publicity and Publication Committee
(5) Finance and General Purposes Committee
(6) Disciplinary/Code of conduct committee
